Total cost is £447.50 per participant. The tour is open to all youth orchestra & band participants (WYO, WYJO, WYCB, WYCO) and members of Hereford Youth Orchestras. I will provide Severn Arts with a passport scan when required. I will ensure that my child has a valid EHIC/ GHIC and will provide Severn Arts with a scan when required. I understand that once the initial non-refundable deposit has been paid that this forms a contract between myself and Severn Arts and that I must pay the remaining balance of £337.50 by 1 April 2026. I understand that Severn Arts will arrange group travel insurance, but I will purchase additional insurance should my child have any medical conditions that are not covered.
