When do you require delivery?*

Please allow up to 2 weeks for processing and delivery. A £10 delivery charge will apply. Delivery to schools outside Worcestershire are not possible unless specific arrangements are agreed.

When do you need the instruments until?

We accept responsibility for the safekeeping of these instruments until they are returned to Severn Arts and agree to service terms and conditions including replacement charges for instruments not returned or lost.

Instrument hire will be charged termly. State-funded schools in Worcestershire are charged at the relevant subsidised schools rate. Hires to non-state funded schools or any school outside the county will be charged at the commercial rate unless otherwise agreed in writing. Instruments hired to schools are for use in school or as part of whole class tuition. If an instrument is to be loaned to an individual student, this must be hired directly by Severn Arts to the student/their guardian.
