Following on from the Insights session in November and the commitment to spend time in other departments so we have an understanding of each area, please pick 3 departments to start with.

Dates need to be agreed with your line manager and the relevant team, and will need to be flexible, dependent on workload.

The aim at the end is to have a good understanding of the organisation as a whole.

• Arts (to include Young People’s Community Arts & Reimagine Redditch support with Jen, Malvern Hills Artist support with Lee, Local Voices Creative Choices with Rachel and Jacob)
• Business Development with Steph (half a day)
• Business Support with Zoe, Kristy & India
• Classroom Teaching with the Music Leaders
• Finance with Sue & Claire
• Fundraising with Debbie B (half a day)
• Instrument Workshop with Kev and John
• Marketing with Steph, Becky and Hannah
